Video Walkthrough: Documents & Fuel Receipts in the Driver App

In this video, let's take a look at how to add documents and fuel receipts to the applications so that you can share those documents with your administrator. To begin, launch the hours of service application on your phone or tablet. Then enter your username, password, and then select "Login". Now that we've logged into the home screen, look for the button that says "Documents" or "Document Picture".

Keep in mind that this button may be on the second page depending on how your administrator has set up your application. Once you select the "Document" button, all of your previous documents will show up on this page. To add a new document simply hit the "Add +" button in the upper right-hand corner.

When you hit the "Add +" button, the application will automatically launch your camera on your device. Take a picture of the document and then select what type of document it is. After that, you can enter a reference number or a note, depending on what you need to add. Then simply hit "OK".

Now this document will be saved with the rest of the documents in your list. If you have a lot of documents on your application, the best way to view them is by hitting the list view icon on the top right. Now that we've added a new document, let's go ahead and go back to the home screen and add a fuel receipt.

Once we make it back to the home screen, let's hit the menu button in the upper left-hand corner. From there, scroll down to "Fuel Receipts". Just like with the document page, we're going to go ahead and select the "Add +" button in the upper right-hand corner. Similar to the documents page, the "Add +" button will launch the camera on your device where you can take a picture of the fuel receipt.

Now that you've successfully captured the picture, enter the details of the fuel transaction. Keep in mind that some details of this transaction are required in order to save this fuel receipt. After that, simply hit "OK". Just like the previous document page, your fuel receipt is now listed here. If you have a lot of fuel receipts and need to view them all, hit the list view.

Now that we've successfully saved our fuel receipt, let's navigate back to the home screen by pressing the menu button and selecting hours of service.
